Ianto Powell - Osteopath and Acupuncturist
I have been studying and observing how the body works i.e. physiology for nearly 30 years. I studied A Level biology in Denbigh High School, before gaining an honours degree in Physiology in 1985 from Bristol University. I then studied osteopathy at the European School of Osteopath and qualified as a Registered Practitioner in 1989. I did a 2 year course between 1990 and 1992 at the British School of Acupuncture in London. I have been a member of the British Acupuncture Council since this time. I have practiced full time ever since seeing on average 70 patients a week, giving nearly 50,000 treatments since qualifying. I feel I am very experienced in dealing with a large range of problems which afflict the body. I have a lot to offer both in diagnosis of the problem and the treatment.
